AFFILIATE PROGRAM PRINCIPLES

1. Independence

Affiliates act as independent introducers and must be at least 18 years old. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of My Pilot Collection (“MPC”). No subordination or employment relationship is created.

2. Role of the Affiliate

The Affiliate may introduce new Clients, Partners, or opportunities (“Referrals”) to MPC. Referrals must be qualified: full contact details, decision-making capacity, genuine interest, and not already canvassed by MPC. MPC reserves the right to validate or reject any Referral at its sole discretion, always based on a fair assessment.

3. Remuneration Principles

Commissions or vouchers are due only on validated Referrals that convert into a signed and paid contract to MPC.

Indicative remuneration:

  • In stock collectibles sales: 20-30% of MPC’s net commission, or 25-35% in MPC vouchers. Personalized and tailor-made collectibles subjects to tailor-made conditions.
  • Partner introductions: 10% of the signed contract net value, or 15% in vouchers.
  • Services/events: 10% of the contract net value, or 15% in vouchers.
  • Other contributions: tailor-made remuneration to be set case-by-case prior to sale
  • Customer Gesture: The Affiliate may waive part of their commission to grant a discount to their Referral (agreement must be made before the quotation/invoice).
  • Multiple Affiliates : if they are involved in the same Referral, MPC will allocate commissions fairly, with priority given to the Affiliate who secures the closing.

Professionals receive remuneration by bank transfer or MPC vouchers (valid 18 months, non-convertible) based on their invoice. Individuals are paid only by MPC vouchers

4. Commission’s Payment

Commissions are paid (by transfer or MPC vouchers) within 30 days, only after full payment has been received by MPC and any withdrawal/return period has expired. MPC commits to never attempting to bypass an Affiliate by dealing directly with the prospect/customer referred.

5. Use of MPC Brand

  • Affiliates must only use approved materials (Affiliate Kit, brochures, templates).
  • No use of the logo or visuals without prior written consent.
  • No modification of materials, no paid advertising, and no commitments on behalf of MPC.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared with Affiliates is confidential and must not be disclosed without written approval.

7. Loyalty and non-competitiveness

The Affiliate agrees not to negotiate directly with any MPC partner, supplier, or artist, nor to encourage them/his prospects/clients to do so - whether or not a contractual or exclusive relationship of any sort exists between MPC and said partner. Any attempt to circumvent MPC or interfere in its business relationships will result in immediate legal action without prior notice.

8. Termination

MPC may revoke Affiliate status at any time in the event of misconduct, misrepresentation, or actions damaging to MPC’s image. Affiliates may withdraw from the Affiliate Program at any time by written notice, with a notice of 15 days, 30 days if the Affiliate contract has been signed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Courts of Albi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
