FERRARI 315S INSPIRATION NON-MOTORISED

As a bodywork specialist for 46 years and owner of a garage specializing in the restoration of classic automobiles, Christian has always had the soul of an artist.

So 10 years ago, he embarked on a monumental project: faithfully reproducing the legendary Ferrari 315 S.


MATERIAL & STRUCTURE

- Structure: Made of aluminium, reinforced with steel elements for optimum strength. This work could be mounted on a real chassis, reinforcing its authenticity and robustness.

- Tank: Made from riveted aluminium, with between 500 and 800 rivets. The design is inspired by the classic look of Ferrari fuel tanks, with a functional fuel gauge integrated directly into the tank.


BODY & DESIGN

- Headlights and Windscreen: The headlights are made from 2mm-thick Plexiglas, while the windscreen is made from 4mm Plexiglas, thermoformed at a temperature of 180°C for perfect curvature. The templates for these components are made from steel for maximum precision.

- Bonnet: Fitted with hand-cut leather straps, recalling the artisanal details of vehicles from the era.

- Headlights: Derived from an Alfa model, these headlights add a touch of authenticity and elegance to the overall structure.


INTERIOR & DETAILS

- Steering wheel: Made from aluminium, the steering wheel is cut and the woord filed by hand for impeccable finishings and a comfortable grip.

- Seats: The seats are made from riveted aluminium and upholstered in black leather, offering luxurious comfort and style.


HISTORIC & AESTHETIC DESIGN

- Badge: A Classica badge is affixed, underlining the authenticity and elegance of this replica.

- Race number: The number 535 refers to the start time of the car at the legendary Mille Miglia race, adding a historical dimension to the piece.

- Wheels: Equipped with 16-inch spoked wheels, faithful to the classic models, they add a final touch of authenticity and style.
